The one issue we see a lot when a customer first signs in to their ST Guardian account is the inability to display a map. This is almost always caused by a pop-up blocker. All pop-up blockers must be disabled in order to use the ST Guardian site. The details of how to disable the pop-up blockers will vary from browser to browser, but it is important to note that almost any toolbar that has been added to the browser will have its own pop-up blocker. This means that you can have 2, 3, 4 or more pop-up blockers that you will need to find and disable in order to view your site.
