Gary,
That's a tricky one, especially for the Fleet device. The reporting tools generally work well for a few key pieces of information:
- Where the vehicle stopped.
- If multiple vehicles are listed on the site, where they have congregated.
- How many miles were driven in a particular time period.
- When schedule maintenence is due.
We can slow the reporting rate down from whatever your current interval is to something slower, which would reduce the amount of data that is coming in. _________________ Thanks,

I have reviewed 3-4 times how to generate a report, and none of the criteria seems to fit my situation.
Example: One of my shortest rides was 288 miles with no stops. To generate a daily report takes 8-9 pages and longer rides, without stopping, will generate even more pages. I find this to be excessive as I don't need a minute to minute as to my location for documention to sent for review. My superiors will find it tedious to review up to 20 pages of data for a day.
Don;t know if I have overlooked a Report criteria or not, but I would like to see a Report which could be generated using mileage as a criteria.
For my use, a report based on either time or miles ridden would great.
For me a Report based on every 10 or 15 minutes or miles would be nice.
(right now using on/off switch spliced into the ignition wire to generate an "ignition off" event every 10-20 miles. Not foolproof, as I sometimes forget for longer periods of time)
Have ST Fleet, great product.
